Spin City Gaming Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
Welcome to the Spin City Gaming Affiliate Program. By participating in our program, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

2. Commission Structure
Affiliates can earn commissions in the following ways:

  • Initial Sign-Up Bonus: 10% of the player’s first deposit.
  • Residual Commission: 10% on ongoing deposits made by referred players. Residual commissions are valid as long as the affiliate account retains at least 5 active accounts with deposits totaling $200 or more for each six-month period. Failure to maintain active account status will result in the termination of the affiliate account.

3. Payment Terms
Commissions are paid every seven days via Cash App upon request. All payments are subject to a ten-day hold on credit card charges to ensure the validity of transactions. Minimum payout amount is $25.
Forfeiture of Commission: If an affiliate’s commission is not paid out within 45 days of the earned commission date, the commission will be forfeited. Affiliates are encouraged to request payment before this period to avoid forfeiture.

4. Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliates must:

  • Promote Spin City Gaming in a lawful manner.
  • Ensure that all marketing materials are truthful and not misleading.
  • Not use spam or deceptive practices to promote the program.

5. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, all commissions earned up to the termination date will be paid out according to the standard payment schedule.

6. Modifications
Spin City Gaming reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes.

7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of [insert jurisdiction].
