Spin City Gaming Terms and Conditions for Redemption

By redeeming any offer, bonus, or reward through Spin City Gaming, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read this document carefully before proceeding with any redemption activity.


1. Eligibility for Redemption

To be eligible to redeem bonuses or rewards, you must meet the following criteria:

  • You must have an active account with either Cash App or Zelle, as we use these payment methods for redemption.

2. Bonus Redemption Requirements

  • Wagering Requirements: To redeem the bonus, you are required to triple your gross deposit total, which includes both your initial deposit and any bonus funds granted to you. This means that your total deposit amount (deposit + bonus) must be wagered a minimum number of times, as defined by the bonus terms.

    Example:
    If you make an initial deposit of $100 and receive a $100 bonus, your total deposit is $200. To meet the redemption requirement, you must wager a total of $600 (three times the total deposit) before you are eligible to redeem any funds.

  • Net Winnings Requirement: The total amount used to meet the wagering requirements must come from net winnings during the gaming cycle. Net winnings are calculated by subtracting your initial deposits from the total amount of winnings achieved during that cycle. Only net winnings (winnings after subtracting the deposit amount) will count towards meeting the redemption requirements.

  • Redemption Limitations: You cannot redeem more than the total credits available in your Spin City Gaming account at the time of redemption. This means you can only redeem funds up to the current balance in your account, including any bonuses, but not exceeding the available amount.

  • Free Play Redemption Requirements: A $10 free play redemption is subject to the following conditions:

    • Wagering Requirement: You must wager and win at least fifteen times the original amount (e.g., $150) before being eligible to redeem a free play.
    • Withdrawal and Redemption Limitations: For any free play, the amount withdrawn must be at least $150. The maximum amount eligible for redemption is $200. Any additional credits beyond the $200 maximum will be forfeited once redeemed.

3. Redemption from Free Play or Match Play

  • Withdrawal Restriction: Any redemptions from free play or match play funds cannot be withdrawn for a period of 24 hours after the redemption request is made. During this time, the funds are not eligible for withdrawal, and the player must wait for the 24-hour period to elapse before initiating a withdrawal of these redemptions.

4. Fraudulent or Suspicious Activity

Spin City Gaming reserves the right to refuse or deny any redemption requests that appear to be fraudulent, suspicious, or in violation of our terms and conditions. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Attempts to exploit the bonus system or manipulate the wagering process.
  • Unauthorized transactions or attempts to redeem funds through fraudulent means.
  • Any other suspicious activity deemed by Spin City Gaming to be an abuse of our redemption system.

In the event that fraudulent or suspicious behavior is detected, Spin City Gaming reserves the right to:

  • Cancel or void any pending redemptions.
  • Block or suspend your account.
